I've used Polar Express twice now, this guy is awesome! He found my problem and had my a/c running within 2 hours of today's call. It turns out that a blade of grass was blocking a contact point and the outside fan wasn't coming on. Ben diagnosed and fixed the problem in minutes, Thanks Ben!

Polar Express Knows What They Are Doing When It Comes To A/C Repair
Nothing like finding somebody who actually knows what they are doing down here in this sweltering Texas heat! I thought for sure that I was looking at another huge bill for yet another AC repair, would've made the 3rd one in less than a year. Thankfully, We found Ben and Polar Express through a friend of ours and it ended up being a simple, inexpensive and very quick fix. Plus he took the time to troubleshoot and fix what was more than likely causing all the problems in the first place through a bad wiring job. Went Straight To Work
Wow, I was having a rough day already and then I got the dreaded call that the AC isn't working. I recently had it serviced and now I had another issue! I called around looking for someone available on a Friday afternoon and got a hold of Ben @ polar Express. Let's just say I wasn't very nice and I did not communicate very well. Ben eventually calmed me down and got my address from me. When he showed up he went straight to work diagnosing the issue and found it! He even did some extra work ensuring the replaced part did not get damaged again by adding a fuse to my system. He was very meticulous with his troubleshooting to ensure the part being replaced was, in fact, the issue and not a result of some other issue. I'm thoroughly impressed with his troubleshooting methodology! Thank you very much, Ben.

Called at 3:00 PM on Friday. Ben told me that he would have someone out here in about an hour. Technician called with 15 minutes and arrived within 35 minutes. The tech troubleshot the system and had it repaired within 15 minutes. I paid a very reasonable service call fee. No gouging! Friendly service. Well done, I'd recommend them to anyone.

He unclogged the drain, did a complete inspection of the whole A/C system, made repairs, and gave a fair cost estimate for replacement with a quality Rudd system.
